The project comprises the construction of 950 residential units in 23 high rise blocks ranging from 5 to 24 Storeys with a total construction are of 230,000 m² in 4 adjacent plots including associated inter-island infrastructure and landscaping works.
The construction activities started in January 2017 and completed in June 2019.
