The project comprises the construction of 144 residential units in 5 mid rise blocks ranging from 5 to 28 Storeys with a total construction area around 27,000 m² in 2 plots including associated inter-island infrastructure and landscaping works. The project also consists the construction of a trade center in Eryaman district of Ankara.
The construction activities started in March 2019 and completed in first quarter of 2021.
