Aimed to make Turkey's most populated city and the country's economic heart an important base for financial operations across the world and gather major global financial institutions and bodies, the Istanbul Finance Center (IFC) is due to open in the beginning of 2022.
In 2019 and 2020, Siyahkalem has signed three Contracts within Istanbul International Finance Center namely;
Zones 3328/1 & 13 (Recreational) : 403,300 m²
Zone 3328/6 (Office Block) : 84,400 m²
Zone 3328/7 (Office Block) : 96,800 m²
Having a total construction area of 584.500 m², all three fast track projects will be completed in a relatively short period of less than two years, by the end of 2021.
