Hatay İskenderun 6th Region 2nd Stage, Construction of 612 Apartment Units

The earthquake disaster that occurred in southeastern region of Türkiye on February 6 2023, severely affected 10 cities in the region, resulting in many casualties and causing thousands of people to lose their homes.
In July 2024, Siyahkalem has signed a contract for the construction of 612 Apartment Units, 18 trade centers and all associated infrastructure and hard & soft landscaping works, in İnkenderun Province, remedial for the earthquake affected, under the initiative of the Housing Development Administration of Türkiye.
The Project, covering a total construction ares around 109.093 m² will be completed in a challenging duration of 10 months, in the second quarter of 2025.
