Zekeriyaköy “KÖY” Residential Development Project

Zekeriyaköy “KÖY” Project is a residential community spreading over 2.4 km² land and featuring Villas, Townhouses, Double Duplexes, Shopping Malls and Rise Apartments. Project site is located in Sarıyer district of İstanbul.
In order to support proposed population of 4,000 ~ 5,000 people and to attract wider population in a catchment area with up to 30,000 people, a commercial center, a Private School, Kindergarten, Health Center and Community Facilities and Recreational areas will be constructed over 3 years period.
Construction started for 1st phase in spring 2015 and the project is completed and handed over in last quarter of 2020.
